Terms and Conditions

This website (together with the documents referred to in it) sets out the terms and conditions (the Terms) on which you may use our website, as a registered student. Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use our site. By using our services, you accept these Terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to, or breach these Terms, please refrain from using our site.
By registering and creating an account on our website (as a student) you are agreeing to these Terms in addition to any other terms and conditions that may apply to you.
The agreement is formed between the student and LearnAccounting.lk, hereafter mentioned as “LearnAccounting”.

Information about us

LearnAccounting provides an online platform for the students to find a convenient space to learn the Accounting subject. LearnAccounting hereby provides the “online space” and takes every action to provide the best quality education to our students. We hold no responsibility over the accuracy of any information submitted upon registration and creation of the account. Terms and conditions for Students upon registering will be given access to the tutor for the respective enrolled videos. Upon the payment he/she can view all the scheduled videos for that respective month. Students can only view the videos at the scheduled time, where after the scheduled time videos will not be available. Payment can be done in three ways;

  • online card payment can be done through the dedicated portal,
  • or through a fund transfer,
  • or fees can be physically given to the institute.
Please note fee refunds are not allowed due to any reason. 3% additional amount will be charged from the student as the bank charges for online payments. First week videos will be free for all the students.

Privacy Statement

Information on data privacy are included in the below privacy statement. Students The type and amount of information we receive about you, are the personal information including name, school, password, profile picture, phone number. These are used to create your profile in our application for you to utilize the services provided by us. We will not share or sell personal information you provide us to any other third party. LearnAccounting takes reasonable precautions to keep all information obtained from our online visitors secure against unauthorized access. Recording, republishing, and sharing the videos in the platform is strictly prohibited.

Changes to policy

If LearnAccounting decides to change its privacy policies and practices, we will post those changes to our Privacy Policy on our website in advance of the changes taking effect. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will continue to be able to use information in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected.


All of the information on this application and website is presented in good faith and believed to be correct. The accuracy and completeness of information presented is vested upon tutors. Information is supplied upon the condition that persons receiving it will make their own determination as to its suitability for their use. In no event will LearnAccounting be responsible for damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of or reliance upon this information.

Refund Policy

No refund is possible after the session has been confirmed unless there is a problem with the Site Administrator in which the student has experienced a dissatisfactory level of access to the teaching material provided as a result of system failure. Any complaint concerning an inadequate level of access due to a system problem must be notified to the SITE ADMINISTRATOR within 24 hours of the date of access.
